Our Story

Even though we have retired, that doesn't mean we don't do anything. We have lots of interests and we always have something to do. We love to learn new stuff, keep up with the wonderful gift of family and friends in our community and around the world, and we travel as often as possible (preferably on four wheels, unless there are no bridges to cross a particular body of water).

Mona loves the computer and keeps learning new things. She is a "staff helper" with a cyber community called NotOverTheHill, and participates occasionally on FaceBook. She loves photography, and learned from her father that sharing photos with friends and family, gives them an opportunity to do some "Armchair Travelling". For some, that is all that is possible!

This website is a new site because the other free site that has been used for a number of years has changed and isn't free anymore. If we can figure it out, the site for the Nurses' Reunion will have to be redone. That should take up some time this winter.

Ed would like us to believe that he is one of the original 'paper and pencil' guys, but there are a few things that he enjoys on the computer; he reads emails and he researches about anything he can think of. It has become very handy for him when he is looking for information on antique telephones, holistic health topics and even some business ventures.
