Travelling West in the Spring - 2015
We love to take road trips to anywhere! There are so many interesting things to see as we pass through town after town, and amazing scenes of nature that we would miss if we were flying high above it. This past winter, we stayed close to home, to tend to added responsibilities, and to enjoy our International visitors. Christmas was special because our entire family were together for almost a week. Having a 'wish list' of places we hoped to visit this year, preferrably in the spring, we anxiously waited for the weather to improve. Finally, after a late winter snow storm and the madness of the first long weekend of the year, we finally packed our suitcases and headed west.
For those who have previously done some Armchair Travelling with us, this is our first 2015 road trip.. It was not to an exotic destination, but I hope you will enjoy this experience, and the wonders of nature that is "just around the corner".
